Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so loading a page does not share your IP address with third parties. For that reason, no consent is requested.
What is collected, and when
When you use the sell form, Pokeymall receives your name, email address, your choice of shipping or drop-off, the text of your message, any photos you attach and the language of the form. Nothing else is collected, and nothing at all if the form is not used.
This data is used for one purpose only: assessing your cards and sending you an offer. It is never used for anything else, and never passed on, sold or shared.
Storage and retention
Requests and photos are stored with Supabase on servers in Frankfurt, inside the EU. Photo storage is private: files are not publicly listed or reachable by their address, and are only opened through links that expire after one hour.
So that no request goes unnoticed, each new request also triggers a notification email with your name, email address and message, but not your photos. That email is kept in the business mailbox at TransIP, a Dutch provider.
You also receive a short confirmation that your request has arrived. It contains nothing you typed, only a reference number, so the form cannot be used to send messages to others. An address receives at most two confirmations per day.
A request is deleted once it has been settled, and in any case within twelve months, together with the notification email. On request this happens sooner, on the same day.
Your rights
You can ask which data is held about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to its use and request a copy. One email to info@pokeymall.com is enough; no reason is required.
If you believe your data is not handled properly and the matter cannot be resolved together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Buying and selling
Cards are not sold through this website. Buying happens on Cardmarket and on Vinted, and those platforms handle the order, the payment and your rights as a buyer under their own terms. This site refers buyers there and accepts offers from people who want to sell their cards to Pokeymall.
